Apexus supplied fuel processors are warranted against faults in manufacture or componentry for 2 years from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of a faulty fuel processor Apexus will repair or replace the fuel processor at no cost to the owner. All freight charges for shipping faulty fuel processors to or from Apexus remain the responsibilty of the owner. As Apexus has no control over the installation the warranty does not extend to consequential or subsequent damage.
